Massachusettes State Law
The state of Massachusetts requires inspection of septic systems by a licensed Title V inspector prior to the sale of any property that is not connected to public sewer. KINGS Equipment Company provides this inspection service by having a team of field locators who will pick-up paperwork from the local Board of Health, locate and dig up your septic systems components and have our inspector review the condidtion of your system.

Our Agents will do the following for a full and proper inspection:

For Inspection: We will obtain all records from the Board of Health and your local Water Department. Dig up the spetic tank (outlet side) and the distribution box. Every effort is made to restore your yard to its original state. Please bear in mind that we are not landscapers, therefore you may need to tend to the final details.
